We Right Click is seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Innovation Lead with experience in managing living labs and hubs and strong background in social innovation. This position includes elements of project management and communication among a diverse network of partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 👷🏽
- Contribute to the set up and management of urban hubs and living labs.
- Assist in creating a dialogue between different type of stakeholders.
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methods like interviews, surveys, and analyze quantitative data to extract actionable insight.
- Assess the social acceptance of innovative products and services.
- Explore and understand the societal impact of emerging solutions.
- Synthesize findings and developing insights: identify social and economic trends and patterns and develop insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Communicate results and recommendations in a clear and impactful way via written and oral presentations.
- Lead and contribute to our association’s initiatives and methods in the field of social innovation ecosystems.
- Contribute to community development and capacity building.
- Engage in policy innovation and contribute to the advancement of social entrepreneurship and the social economy.
WHAT YOU NEED 📝
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, environmental studies, engineering or architect. For candidates with a technical background, a Master’s degree in Social Innovation or a related field is preferred.
- Good background in qualitative research methods such as user interviews, usability tests, observations, and surveys.
- Strong understanding of social impact metrics and measurement tools.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social innovation ecosystems and living labs.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing social innovation projects and living labs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including communities, organizations, and individuals.
- Experience in European collaborative research and innovation projects is a plus (H2020 and Horizon Europe programmes)
- You want to participate in all aspects of hands-on research such as planning, recruiting, analysis, and collaboration with design and product teams.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple functional areas in a self-directed way
- You have excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to synthesize and communicate ideas.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory, with excellent written and oral communication.
- Willingness to travel and ability to work autonomously.
